  Realtek Semiconductor社は、台湾新竹の新竹サイエンスパークにあるファブレス半導体企業です。1987年10月に設立され、その後1998年には台湾証券取引所に上場しました。現在では世界中で様々なマイクロチップを製造・販売しており、製品ラインは主に通信ネットワークIC、コンピュータ周辺ICやマルチメディア用ICの3つに分類されます。2015年時点で2500名の従業員がおり、その78%は研究開発に従事しています。
